2007 Nissan Murano AWD SUV Low Miles, Clear Title, Running Well, No Known Issues

2007 Nissan Murano all wheel drive running well no known mechanical issues.Bought for my son 5 years ago. Was low miles as it still is for the age. Came from Colorado I believe. Had to do some suspension work at Nissan, don't remember what it was. No issues with suspension since. Did some steering repairs a year ago. Most recently just had all the fluids replaced and put new tires on it. My son is in his 4th year of college on the east coast. That is why the miles have stayed so low. I believe the CD player is not working but the radio is fine. Air conditioning is fine.
Interior with no rips or major stains.
Exterior with paint wear on the top. Has small parking lot door dings (not many). I have never had to do any body work or paint…
Engine/Mechanical: drives fine, very powerful, never tired it in the snow, brakes either replaced or just inspected and adjusted last time I took it in. Not leaking anything...
