I have a very rare Alpina B7 for sale there were only 800 of these built in 2007-2008 for the USA.
I have gone above and beyond to get all the services up to date. Lots off options including rear entertainment DVD changer.

All these have to be done to any B7 between 60 to 80k make sure you consider the cost of the parts and labor
