Description

Here is an opportunity to own a very rare and professionally restored Morgan. It’s a 1954 Morgan +4 roadster “transition” model, sometimes referred to as a “low headlamp, high cowl, twin spare”. This car has been completely restored by Morgan experts. Every component of the car has been restored to high standards including new body tub, rebuilt engine with 87mm pistons and moderate performance camshaft, modern valves with hard seats etc. Transmission and rear axle also rebuilt, as well as every single nut and bolt, seal, bearing etc. The gauges and instruments restored cosmetically and functionally everything works! Front brakes have been updated to disc to accommodate 16” wire wheels. Sikkens paint on top of flawless body work, new leather, new carpet, new chrome, marine grade plywood floors and seat bottoms finished with clear urethane. New folding windscreen brackets cast in manganese bronze instead of brass etc. I could go on and on. This is virtually a brand new Morgan with 2,147 miles driven since restoration. Originally the car had 32,000 miles on it prior to restoration. The car also comes with top, ½ tonneau, full tonneau and side curtains. This is truly an exceptional example. I encourage you and/or your trusted associate, to come and see the car here in Englewood Colorado. The reserve price will not be disclosed during the auction. The winning bidder is required to place a 10% deposit by direct wire transfer within 3 days of the auction ending. The remainder also via direct wire transfer within 10 days. The car will be sold “as-is” as well as “were is” with no warranty expressed or implied. The new owner is responsible for any transportation costs. If you have further questions, I can be reached via email at tsunrise3975@gmail.com, or you are welcome to call 9a-5p MDT, Monday-Friday at 303-761-6785. Thank you and good luck!
