2003 Ford Windstar Limited 127k

I am selling my 2003 Ford Windstar Limited with 129,000 miles. I am the second owner of this vehicle, I purchased it in 2007 from Carmax with 18,000 miles. Car has been extremely well maintained, regular oil changes, tire rotations and scheduled maintenance. This is a limited Windstar, so its loaded with a ton of extras, really nice van.
Some of its many features include:-Leather seats-Key-less entry-Power everything!-Removable seats-Roof rack-and much more!!!

Here's whats good with the car:
-Engine (3.8 L V6) & transmission
-Seats 7, removable seats (all leather)
-Power everything (one rear window doesn't open)
-Tires/rims
-Heat
-No accidents!!!
-Clean title!!!
What needs to be fixed:-Air conditioner
-Cd player (radio works fine)
-VCR-Will need a tune up soon
-advance track needs to be checked out (extra featured with limited Windstars, not necessary to fix)-one rear power window doesn't open
-car does have minor blemishes on the exterior of the car (nothing major just knicks and dings and paint scratches, stuff like that)
Recent maintenance:
-new battery 7/16
-new alternator 12/15
-oil change & tire rotation 6/16
