2004 Acura TL - Nighthawk Black Pearl - Near Mint

Up for sale is my personal 2004 Acura TL. It has 102k miles on it and I am the second owner. This car has been very well paid for and has 37 carfax records attached to the vin. I have almost all of those service records for the buyer of this vehicle. It's been very well taken care of and also has recently had a TST paint treatment as well as window tint on all 4 windows. I'm selling this car because it's no longer needed for my commute. It's 100% mechanically sound and in better than average condition, with the small exceptions listed below.
There are three issues with the car that I want to be transparent about:1. There's a scuff on the rear bumper, passenger side (pictured)2. A heat crack has occurred on the passenger side dash (pictured)3. The air conditioning needs attention. It doesn't blow as cold as it should.
Only serious buyers please, I prefer local pickup from Atlanta and am available most days in my office for you to take a look at it. I'm located on the west side of the city during the day.
