Jeep J10 Cherokee Truck

Up for sale is a parts truck. Appears to have been under-coated on frame. No title, papers, warranty etc. I figured I would give someone a chance to own it in comparison to scrap yard. Buyer picks up and removes. Nice shape for a barn find. Appears to have some bondo work??? Not sure. I took pictures of concerned areas. Undercarriage was surprisingly in good shape. Surface rust only, picture shows undercoating peeling.
