2002 GMC Yukon XL 4x4 everyday work truck 3rd row seat moonroof tow brake module

I candeliver to yourdoorstep for an extra fee… if itdoesn't sell I'm driving it to Miami to use it as partial trade in on a Cayenne but I'd rather have the cash in hand.
This is my work truck. It's way too big for what I do. Almost 169k mi. Some rust spots. Runs awesome. Cruise control is great. I drive it all over the country hence the high miles. Power moonroof, It has a nice stereo with USB and aux input, hardwired GPS, and towing brake module… I tow single motorcycles often. 4 captains chairs and a 3rd row bench seat, barn doors in back, Upgraded joe Gibbs 20" Chevy rims, front bull bar . Someone did some amateur bodyrepair work at one point… looks like it's holding up. Veryfunctional but has its cosmetic flaws.
The truck is a daily driver... Registered and insured in ct. 4wd works perfectly
Here's The issues:
AC blows hot air
Only has power brakes (not ABS... Needs module)
Few rust spots and dings
Needs a good cleaning
Passenger heat in seat doesn't workNo spare tire
This is a comfortable work truck with some Bells and whistles.
Clean title in hand. Come test drive it and drive it away
