A $500 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. Balance due with 7 days and pick up within 14 days of auction close. Vehicle can be stored for $45 per day beginning on the 15th day.

Cruisers Automotive LLC is a licensed New York State Dealer. All New York State residents are subject to sales tax, title, and registration fees at time of full payment. We can transfer your existing New York license plates or obtain new plates.

For all out of state purchasers, if no lien is being recorded, you are responsible for all taxes, title, license, and registration fees in your home state. We can also apply for your title and license plates on your behalf at no additional charge.

If there is a lien, we will collect the appropriate fees from you at time of payment to register and title the vehicle in your home state, including any applicable sales tax in your home state.

If you are not a New York State resident and plan to drive the car off our lot, you are required by New York State law to have an ACORD insurance binder listing this car with full VIN as covered under your automobile liability policy, as well as purchase a New York State InTransit Permit from us for $12.50. By New York State Law, no car can be operated on any streets or roadways without insurance and valid license plate or temporary permit legally registered to the vehicle.

If you not a New York resident and arrange transportation by a licensed carrier directly to your destination, you are not required to secure a NYS In Transit Permit and provide proof of insurance (unless there is a lien).

All purchasers, both in NYS purchasers and out of state purchasers are subject to a $75 documentary fee due at time of payment in full of vehicle.
