BMW 540i Automatic Low Miles

I am the second owner of this car. It's been great for me and I love the V8 with 282 HP but its time for a new car. I have always kept this car very well maintained, engine and transmission are perfect, and it NEEDS NOTHING. Just put in a brand NEW BATTERY that is still under warranty, and 4 NEW BRAKE PADS. Valid inspection until August 2017.
**The car has an odometer discrepancy from when some mechanics rounded down on the mileage after a service but it is an original cluster gauge and the odometer has never been rolled back. It does not pose any issues when trying to transfer the title or register the car
There are some scratches and dings around the car, most noticeably a few on the hood but nothing major. The car has 4 matching tires, and the wheels are in good shape with no curb rash.
The interior is in excellent shape. Very clean inside, interior trim looks very polished, back seats have no wear. Front seats are in good condition. All 4 windows are automatic, power mirrors, sunroof, radio/climate control/GPS all still work. Comes with 2 sets of keys and all the original books/manuals. HEATED SEATS, Premium package, and cold weather package.
