02 Chevy Suburban 4x4 - Black - Reliable!

Up for sale is my old work truck. Its a 2002 Chevy Suburban 4x4. It runs an drives great, however it does have some small issues.
Only reason I'm selling is because I just upgraded to a 3/4 Ton Suburban.
The Good:
- Engine Runs great, transmission shifts great as well
- 4x4 Works Great, I've used it a handful of times
- Power Windows, Locks, and Seats
- Tow Package
- Aftermarket CD Player
- Paint is in fair condition for the age, NO rust to speak of except right under fuel door (See Pics)
- Clean Title
The Bad:
- Rear Main Seal Oil Leak, I run a little thicker oil due to this, I have to add a court about every 1000-1500 miles
- Typical dings and scratches, little rust below the fuel door (No Rust anywhere else)
- Check engine light just came on a week or so ago. Does NOT run differently
- No third row, it has the brackets for it, just need the seat- Windshield Cracked on passenger side- Driver front door has to be unlocked and locked manually- Driver Rear window motor no longer works- Pulls just a tad to the right going down the highway, does NOT cause uneven tire wear- Tires are mismatched, but all hold air and don't leak- Driver mirror is broken off its mount, but held together with a zip tie and still works
Far from perfect but overallit'sa good reliable truck, however it's been our work truck and it shows, as you can see the interior has paint on the door panel, little dirty here and there. I've drove this truck on 1000 mile road trips a couple times with 0 issues.
