Description

2008 Base Corvette with Z51 performance package. It has a 6 speed automatic transmission with sport and manual modes controlled by steering wheel paddle shifters. The 2008 model year introduced the 6.2L LS3 engine which produces 430hp at 6500rpm and 424 lb-ft of torque at 4600rpm, as well as steering and transmission improvements. The Z51 package adds stiffer springs, larger sway bar, and larger, cross-drilled brake rotors. This car will turn 0-60 in 4.3 seconds with a top speed of 195mph. I wouldn't know I haven't driven it that fast!
I love this car. It's everything you would expect in terms of performance, but also excels as a daily driver. It's comfortable and has excellent visibility. On the highway I get a steady 25mpg at 80mph. I can put 2, 4"x4"x8' fenceposts inside the car and still close the hatch! I'd keep this car forever but I live in Asia now and can't afford to let it sit in the garage 11 months out of the year.
That also means I want to sell the car before the end of September so I'm not gonna give the care away but I'm certainly motivated.

As you can see, there are some ugly scratches in the right rear quarter panel. sorry, i'm not going to have time to get them repaired before i leave so i've reduced the sales price by $1000 so can get the job done wherever you like.
