2000 Mercury Sable rebuilt engine & transmission, requires power steering repair

The body is in overall good condition with scratches and dents. The engine was replaced four years ago and a rebuilt trans-axle transmission was installed three years ago. The air-conditioning system has not been recharged but could operate. A repair garage estimated the cost to replace the power steering pump and the rack-and-pinion at $1,100.
