2000 Ford Windstar Handicap Ramp Van S

2000 Ford Windstar Ramp Van S. Side ramp and lowered floor for optimal head room. The motor for the lift does not work, but can be used manually. The engine was replaced by dealer and has 8500 miles on it. I have receipts. New tires with less than 1000 miles, new brakes and power steering pump. A/C blows cold and the van runs great. I need to get this van in the hands of someone that will use it again.
