VEHICLE DESCRIPTION

2008 Chevrolet Silverado 1500- Model: Work Truck. Pickup is 4-wheel drive with a V8 4.6L engine with an automatic transmission. The truck runs and drives great and was serviced regularly. Mileage reads 140,156.

Exterior: Blue exterior, Minor hail dents on hood and roof. Broken/Cracked area on right front bumper. Scratches due to everyday driving, with a few along the sides of the bed. Windshield has 2 cracks and 3 rock chips, Tires are in good shape. (See pictures)

Interior: Light grey cloth bench seat with fold down console, Stains on both sets of seats, no holes or tears, Window tint on driver’s window is hazy. Black carpet flooring throughout, electronic windows/door locks. AM/FM radio, Air conditioning works good, and Cruise control.

This has been a work vehicle purchased new by the Canadian River Municipal Water Authority (CRMWA). While we make every effort to list all major problems, it is impossible to list or show every minor defect. See note on inspection below.

The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other damages – special, direct, indirect, punitive or consequential.

Description Warranty:Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its basic description. The property may contain flaws and/or defects may not be immediately detectable. All sales are final upon payment of the property.

Inspection: Items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders are strongly encouraged to physically inspect the offered property prior to bidding. Please contact the Canadian River Municipal Water Authority at (806) 865-3325 for any questions or to schedule an inspection. Questions that come in Saturday and Sunday may not be answered until the following Monday.

Consideration of Bid:Canadian River Municipal Water Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw from sale any of the items listed.

Finalizing your Purchase: The winning bid shall be considered an agreement to buy and is final. CRMWA will contact the successful high bidder by email after the auction closes. Successful bidder must communicate to Tammy at CRMWA by email or phone (806)865-3325 within 24 hours of auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction.

The State of Texas requires CRMWA to remove the license plate from the vehicle after sale. Please make the necessary arrangements for temporary plates if you plan on driving the vehicle.

Payment in full is due not later than 10 days from the time and date of the auction closing. Acceptable forms of payment are:
