1962 cutlass

1962 cutlass was getting ready to switch the motors out but decide to part with it, has the original v8 with the hydromatic auto trans. Floors are solid and nothing but a little surface rust from what I know. Truck is solid as well. Have the grill and bumper off in back seat, gas tank just got cleaned with new fuel sending unit. Doesn't run but don't know if the motor turns. No brakes either. Hood is changed out with a red one that's good, Clean Texas title any questions ask

Motor is disconnected due to me fixing to pull but everything that I took off is there in trunk & windshield is cracked

Emblems to car aren't there anymore someone took the off one day but all trim is there and if it's not in trunk then it didn't come but most of trim is there what's on car is what's there and tank off of btw cleaned it but don't know how clean it got lines have rust was trying to clean them but doesn't seem to be working if not clear on anything contact me
