Up for sale we have a 1969 Chevy Camaro RS SS. This is a nicely done '69 that has had a nice restoration. It has a lot to offer with it being the factory color Hugger Orange and having the numbers matching 350 Block. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, interior, and heartbeat of the Chevy, but first we would like to tell you a little about us.
Smoky Mountain Traders is a classic car dealer in east Tennessee. We are family owned, operated, and own our entire inventory, no consignments, and only deal in muscle cars and vintage auto. You can count on us to have 70 to 80 cars at all times. We don't have a big show room that our customers would otherwise pay for. So, that's how we can sell for less than other dealers. To contact us for more information, pictures, or any questions call our office at (865)988-8088 or visit our SmokyMountainTraders website.
We will start off with the exterior of the Camaro. The body looks rock solid with good lines. The panel fit is good and when you look down the sides its straight as an arrow. It has the SS Hood and the rear spoiler along with the RS hidden headlight package that does work. Everything is covered in the Hugger Orange Paint that is accented by the White Hockey Stripe and White Vinyl Top. The paint is slick with a deep rich shine, and in the jams and trunk it looks good as well. It appears to have new weather stripping around the doors and trunk. When you look at the glass it all shows well. The bumpers were replaced along with other chrome. All the stainless around the windows looks good. To finish off the exterior it's sitting on a set of SS Wheels with BF Goodrich Tires.
Next, we will take a look at the interior of the '69. On the inside it has the correct buckets and console with the horse shoe shifter. Also, the console has the gauges giving you the in dash Tach option. The seats are covered in the Black Houndstooth and the door panels are the deluxe option. When you look at the dash it has a new dash pad and the AM FM Radio. It also has the tilt column with the custom grip wheel. This Camaro also has power windows that are working.
Finally, we will take a look at the heartbeat of the Chevy. Under the hood it's look as it would have when new. The drivetrain features the 350 that has the numbers matching block mated to a 350 Turbo Trans and 12 Bolt Rear End. It has the GM style Aluminum Valve Covers and the factory GM Air Filter. This is a factory AC car so it has the correct A/C Compressor. Also it's a factory Power Brakes car with disc up front as well as Power Steering. The exhaust flows through stock manifolds and the factory style dual exhaust. The bottom of the Camaro is solid with what looks like a repair to the front pan where they done a good job.
We are advertising this to be a RS SS Clone. IIf we can help you in any way with questions or a specific picture, you can call our office at (865)988-8088. Or feel free to call Daniel at (423) 807 0600, Devvin at (865) 256 2366, or you can e-mail us at smokymountaintraders@yahoo.com.
