07 Saturn Vue for sale. I live east of Lee's Summit and have worked in Olathe for several years so a lot of the miles are highway. I thought I needed a newer car but we kept her around as back up and haven't driven it much the last couple of years. When I stopped driving her everyday, she needed 2 or 4 wheel bearings. I live on a terrible road and it just tore up the wheel bearings. They are $40 on ebay and I kept a running supply of them, but we put the wrong one on the drivers side rear, I didn't get the anti lock breaks. So the anti lock breaks light is currently on and all you need is to exchange that wheel bearing for one that has the wire.
It hasn't been driven a lot in the last year so it probably needs a new battery but we jump started it and it ran for about 20 minutes. When we got back home an hour later, it started right up again but the battery light is still on.
I hit a small animal knocking out a little plastic grate piece on the front and a small black plastic piece on the side. The front fender has a crack as well, it's plastic.
The passenger seat is broken, it has about an inch or two gap on the left side of it where it's been pushed back. It still sits fine and is in the upright position but either adjusting the seat back or a new seat is a good idea.
Other than that, it looks great. No tears in the leather. Heated seats are awesome on cold mornings! It tells you the temp and direction you are going on your mirror. The wood looking trim is very sleek and in perfect condition.
It gets 27-31 mpg. I got up to 33 on road trips.
It needs some TLC and a mechanics touch I'm sure, but was she was the best car I have ever owned and had I not made the mistake of buying the other car, I would still be driving her. That said, she needs work and sells as-is. Feel free to ask questions before you bid.
