Description |

The 2008 Maserati GranTurismo is a very exclusive grand touring coupe that is comfortable and luxurious while also providing impressive performance.
It is powered by a Ferrari-derived, 405-horsepower, 4.2L aluminum V8, along with a new six-speed automatic transmission--with paddle shifters. Maserati says that the GranTurismo can accelerate to 60 mph in 5.2 seconds en route to a top speed of 177 mph.
There's braking to match, provided by big Brembo hardware, and sticky Pirelli Pzero Rosso rubber to supply plenty of grip to take advantage of the near-perfect weight distribution.
Anti-lock brakes and electronic stability control are standard. An electronically controlled suspension system, called Skyhook, aims to strike the balance between comfort and performance in the GranTurismo, adjusting firmness depending on driving style and road conditions. Engaging a "Sport" mode for the suspension also allows a more aggressive shift logic for the transmission.
The GranTurismo's interior is a marked step above that of the GranSport it replaced, mainly because of all the opportunities for customization, and countless possibilities between interior and exterior colors, materials, and trims.
Features include a navigation system, corner-illuminating xenon headlamps, a Bose surround-sound system with a 30-gigabyte music server, heated front seats, updated black leather & suede interior.
No accidents or mechanical issues, and the gorgeous Matte Black exterior paint was just completed in July 2016.
This car turns heads and is aspectacular low cost entry point into the gorgeous & identical body style of the current 2017 GranTurismo model
