2004 Honda Element EX, One Owner, 250,000 miles

I bought the car new in September 2004. Up until 2015 all services and repairs were done at my local Honda dealer, after that they were done at a local garage/mechanic since that was cheaper.
This year I have replaced the radiator fan, fuel pump, starter and serpentine belt. Last year I replaced all the brake pads and rotors. All the tires are new within the last year and a half, and the Takata air bag was replaced by Honda in 2015 (I have invoices for most of these repairs).
The car runs fine but there is a slight metallic sound (click) when you brake, and another metallic sound, coming from front wheel areas, when you go over potholes, large bumps etc.
The air-conditioner fan does NOT work.
There are chips in the paint along the front edge of the hood, now rusty, as well as one above the windshield (see photos). The windshield itself has quite a few small chips in it. There are also some small dents, scratches and other marks round the car. The driver's seat fabric is cracked and the pocket behind the passenger seat is torn at edges. The vinyl (?) floor covering, as well as much of the interior, also shows the effect of twelve years use but is in basically good condition (again, see photos, and ask me if you need more).
Mileage is 251,021 - and I wish Honda still made the Element.
