2002 Toyota RAV4 White 4WD RAV-4 AWD 4x4

Selling a 2002 White Toyota Rav4 4WD with 139588miles.
This car has been in our family for 6 years.
The engine starts and runs well and the transmission shifts well without issues.
The engine uses about 0.5 quarts of oil during every 4000 mile oil change interval.
Transmission shifts smoothly and the computer was fixed to prevent transmission issues (well known issue with these Rav4s; check the internet).
I had the transmission fluid, transfer case fluid, and rear differential fluid all changed @ ~110000 miles.
All 4 tires have plenty of tread remaining
A/C blows cold air, all features are functional.
Great in snow
The issues: There are two issues with the vehicle.
1. It has a fuel leak somewhere towards the middle passenger side of the car. I noticed it recently when the fuel was topped off. The fuel doesn't leak near the exhaust pipes and is away from heat sources. I drive it with the gas tank half filled and haven't noticed the fuel leak.
2. The car shudders/shakes a bit when coming to a slow stop. I have been told this is due to reluctor rings being damaged on the rear axles.
I continue to drive it in the present condition and haven't had any reliability issues. I have driven this car recently down to Maryland from Philadelphia. Only issue is I have to fill up more than usual because I only fill my gas half tank.
For anyone that's mechanically inclined the engine and transmission is solid; just the two issues mentioned above will need attention. The car is still driven daily so the mileage will increase from the time of this listing.
