2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee--Clean; Runs Great--NO RESERVE--But Has Title Issue

This 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee is very clean inside and out. Don't let the high miles deter you because the vehicle runs and drives great. The engine is still as strong as ever, transmission shifts fine, and the 4x4 functions perfectly. The vehicle has no mechanical issues.
The interior is really good condition. The driver's seat shows some wear and tear, but the rest of the interior is in superb shape. The exterior also looks good, but does have some rust under the doors, which is shown in the pictures. The tires and wheels are in very good shape.
Unfortunately, there is an issue with title. My buddy purchased the vehicle a few months ago, but couldn't get it registered because of issues with his license. He still has the title, but has been able to locate the previous owner who supposedly moved to Florida. So at this point, my buddy just decide to sell the vehicle for parts, or to someone from a state who doesn't require a title for a vehicle this age. So please submit all offers because the vehicle would definitely be sold. The sooner, the better. Thanks!
