1996 Lincoln Town Car Cartier Sedan 4-Door 4.6L

What a find!!!! 1-Owner Lincoln Town Car Cartier!!!! Beautiful car and hard to find this clean! We purchased this car from a Lincoln dealership it was 1-Owner and traded in on a new car. This car runs and drives excellent!! No warning lights. squeaks or weird noises. Does not shake. or have alignment issues. No oil leaks. underside of this car is dry and free of any leaks. No rust underneath either. The transmission shifts as smooth as silk. Ice cold air. hot heat. everything works as it should. even the heated seats still work!!! JBL Factory stereo with a cd changer in the trunk. This car appears to have been garage kept. All black moldings around the windows and door jams are in great shape and don't leave black yuck on your hands this is what makes me believe it was garage kept and not out cooking in the sun. The paint is in overall great condition. NO RUST! The interior is nearly perfect hardly any wear and the back seat doesn't even look used. THE SEATS HAVE NEVER BEEN DYED. ALL ORIGINAL! This car appears to have never been smoked in. Air suspension has been converted to coil springs!! Original factory installed analog phone still lights up and comes on!! New headliner professionally replaced. All manuals and paperwork are still in the glovebox. Carfax indicates oil changes and service was performed at the new dealer where it was purchased. The Negatives: Tires have some dry rot and if I were to keep it for myself I would replace them. 5 Small chips on the trunk smaller than a grain of rice. Trunk pull down motor is slow at times. Ashtray covers in rear don't stay closed. common problem on these models. Auto dim rear view mirror does not dim properly. Radio on off button does not push in but the radio works fine and volume can still be turned up and down with no problem. I have mentioned everything I can think of about this car. I did not personally own this car. nor have I talked or laid eyes on the original owner so I don't know all the history on it. I do have a Carfax with lots of routine oil changes etc. so we do know this car has been maintained very well. You will not be disappointed with this car. I am offering a 3 month 3. 00 miles service contract that covers the engine and transmission on this car with the buy it now feature.
