1968 Plymouth Fury lll with the original 383 motor. Appears to have low miles as the odom reads 55832 but on the title it just says "exempt" because of the age of the car. The interiors great condition leads me to believe that the mileage may indeed be factual. I remember my brother telling me it had low miles and he was very excited when he purchased it end of 2007. He's used it VERY little. keeping it garaged and starting and running it only on the weekends. He did some smaller things to it as he was always ordering some part or another for it. I only wish that I had paid more attention when he told me about those little things. I do see that it has brand spanking new tires all the way around. I have it here in my garage and we crank it up every weekend and have driven it just around the block to keep it charged up. My pictures will have to be the biggest part of my description as I have no idea what collectors are really looking for. I do know the car runs very well. When it's cold and you crank it after several days of sitting it will scare the neighborhood dogs; in a good way. The motor has a big sound. nice sound. kind of "blap blap blaps" when first cranks then after it warms begins the deep hum that you want to hear from these mopar motors. It's quick. transmission is solid. doesn't leak a pool of anything under it. I have white rock under it and after a few months of being parked there hasn't leaked a drop of anything. My brother did say that in the future he wanted to do a ring job on the motor but that it wasn't critical or pressing. The body has minimal rust all around with a bit more at those spots where water tends to sit. the base of the back glass on each side. all clearly photographed. IF you need ANY pics of anything just please ask. I have the car right here and can get you any shot of anything you need. I can't answer a thousand questions about the motor. everything I have written here is what I know about that motor. I can take more pics of it if that will help you. :)The interior is really nice for its age. One small tear on the drivers seat. down on the side. not where you sit. I took a clear pic of that. There is a lightning bolt shaped crack in the center of the dash. All gauges appear to work well as we checked those when we drove it. The floor is solid both front and back seats and in the trunk. Wouldn't take much to get this car local show ready. It was up until just a couple months ago legally tagged and inspected. This car is considered good condition/ daily driver and as such I have seen them listed anywhere between 5k and 10k. My starting price of 2500. 00 should get the attention of collectors that would like to see this car brought all the way back as this car deserves it. This is NOT a parts car. If I can think of anything else to add to this car's description I will come back and add it. My brother was a mopar collector and had a few gems tucked away for his retirement. this Fury being one of them. I just sold a barracuda body on here and will be listing a Dodge Little Red Express truck in a few weeks. Have the original 360 police interceptor motor. chrome valve covers. silver stacks. emblems and stickers still on doors. covered under layers of "protective" dust. sitting in one his garages.
