1948 plymouth buisness coupe

I have a great start on a neat little street rod or a good base for a restoration. Its a real 40000 mile barn find car that's pretty darn solid to begin with. It has a flathead 6 that had been run up to a couple of years ago . but now is stuck from setting and not being run we have filled cylinder with trans fluid and its been setting for about a month but I have not tried to turn over since filling cyls. the body is very straight . with a push dent in trunk lid and also in the hood but very easy pop out dents nothing serious at all. has some rust but for these cars not terrible . the chrome and stainless is all present and in decent shape for this year car had been garage kept till about 6 mos ago . it will need some glass in it 1 of the winshield glasses is cracked and one of the vent windows is missing .
