NO RESERVE AUCTION. ALOT OF LOOKERS. SEVERAL WATCHERS. WANTED YOU TO KNOW THIS IS A NO RESERVE DEAL. SOLD AS IS. PLEASE IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE FUNDS DON'T BID AND IF YOU DO PLEASE BID!!!1968 PLYMOUTH VALIANT TWO HUNDRED~2 DOOR~WAS ORIGINALLY FROM OUT WEST CALIFORNIA OR ARIZONA . I BOUGHT IT IN 1993 OR 1994 FROM THE GRAND DAUGHTER OF THE ORIGINAL OWNER. AS SHE PASSED AWAY AND THE GRAND DAUGHTER DIDN'T NEED THE CAR BUT IT WAS LEFT TO HER. SO I AM THE 2ND OWNER. . nbsp; WITH ABOUT 64000 ORIGINAL MILES. DROVE IT DAILY TILL 1998~BLEW OUT REVERSE IN TRANSMISSION AND NEVER HAD MONEY TO REPAIR IT OR RESTORE IT~I HAVE HELD ONTO IT FOR ALL THESE YEARS AND HAS BEEN BARN KEPT FOR LAST 14 YEARS. BUT STILL NO FUNDS TO RESTORE IT~AT ONE TIME SEVERAL YEARS AGO I REMOVED MOST OF THE FALLEN HEADLINER. THE VINYL HARDTOP. AND ALL THE CHROME AND ALUMINUM TRIM PIECES. ALL THE TRIM PIECES ARE IN THE INTERIOR AND THE TRUNK. ALL WINDOWS ARE CRACK FREE. WAS LAST REGISTERED AND ON ROAD IN 1997-98. CAME WITH FACTORY AIR CONDITIONING. NOT VERY MANY DID IN 68' FROM WHAT I'M TOLD IS NOT COMMON. WAS WORKING WHEN I WAS RUNNING IT. THE CAR NEEDS A RESTORATION. THE TIRES WILL PROBABLY HOLD AIR ENOUGH TO GET IT ONTO A FLATBED. THEY ARE VERY DRY ROTTED. I BOUGHT THESE TIRES AND CRAIGERS NEW IN 94'. THE CRAIGERS WERE A POOR CHOICE CAUSE THE CHROME JUST CORRODED AND RUSTED OVER THE YEARS. SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN SOME NICE ALUMINUM RIMS AND THEY WOULD STILL LOOK NEW! THE ORIGINAL RIMS AND TIRES WERE 13" I UPPED IT TO 14" DUE TO LIVING HERE SOUTH OF BUFFALO. NY. AND HAVING SINGLE DIGIT OR BELOW TEMPS FOR WEEKS NOW. I COULDN'T GET THE PRESSURE WASHER OUT AND WASH IT UP GOOD BEFORE THE PICS WERE TAKEN. IT LOOKS BETTER CLEAN BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS. SOME PRETTY RUSTED OR ROTTED AREAS ALOT NOT TOO BAD AT ALL. NOTICED THE FLOOR IN PASSENGER FRONT LOOKS ROTTED THROUGH. IT WILL NEED MUCH WORK NO DOUBT BUT HAS MUCH POTENTIAL AS YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE. HASN'T BEEN RAN OR STARTED IN BOUT 14 YEARS SINCE PUT IN THE BARN. BATTERY DIED AND WAS SCRAPPED ALONG TIME AGO. AND W/ NO MONEY TO BEGIN A SERIOUS RESTORATION IT HAS SAT UNTOUCHED. I really hate to put this up for sale as i always thought someday I could afford to bring it back to glory. however. realistically I need some home improvements for a growing family done. more than I need a dream in the barn. This car and I met up w/ some great action w the ladies back in the day. this car took myself and 4 more for a car load to Woodstock 94' for 3 days of debauchery. and many other lesser known excursions as I recall. I would also require to have a written binding agreement w/ the purchaser that if/when they decide to sell it in the future that I be given the 1st opportunity to re-purchase this piece of my life. There is no title as there never was one issued for a 1968. it was simply a registration transfer and bill of sale. so I can offer a bill of sale and will seek out any registration documents I may or may not have. All shipping. freighting to be arranged by buyer. I will be available as much as possible to help on pickup end. it can also stay here in the barn as long as reasonably needed. its not in my way and time to get it is something I can be very flexible on upon payment in full being met. There was a bit of interest in the guitar on front seat. it is not included. the auction is for the car only. Also this is an as is sale. sold as is. as it appears and described. all I can tell you. as is sale. thanks!!$550 deposit required via cashiers check in hand within 24 hrs of auction close. full payment required within 3 days or sale will be deemed null and void and no refunds issued. $550 dollar deposit via cashiers check in hand within 24 hrs of auction close. Full payment is required within 3 days of auction close.
