Reserve Lowered!
Up for auction is a 1970 Barracuda originally from Montana. It was rescued from life in a auto museum several years ago and has been driven lightly in the summer months.
From the factory, it was a 383 big block. Now it sports a 440 with a six pack from 1971. All this power is delivered by 727 automatic transmission with 8 ¾ rear. The engine is very strong. At 30 MPH, if you put your foot down, it will still lose traction. Fortunately, it comes with factory disc brakes. It has through valance dual exhaust. Also has 14 inch rallye wheels with 70-14 Firestone wide ovals
It is factory lemon twist in color. The body is rock solid. Floors, trunk, frame rails are perfect. That is the benefit of spring for the factory undercoating.
Interior is super nice. Glass is great. Still has factory am/fm 8 track.
Biggest issue is small crack in the dash pad.
