2000 Plymouth Prowler for Sale. Hot Rodders, here's the best of both worlds for those who are looking for a nostalgia look and still have the modern convenience of a late model car. Plymouth designed and built these cars to replicate the cars that popped up after World War II as young guys returning home started modifying street cars and built cars for cruising. 1932 to 1934 Fords were popular and built as high boys, just body, motor and transmission, no fenders. Plymouth came up with this novel idea to build a similar looking car but refine it slightly for customers that wanted a special ride. Constructed and built on a much lighter aluminum chassis, this more modern Street Rod is sleek and streamlined. Fenders were added to make the car more driver friendly and able to cope with bad weather if necessary. Note the front two fenders mounted to the back of the wheels turning as the wheels turn. Similarly, a fold away soft top disappears into the deck lid giving the car a clean appearance. It's powered by Plymouth's 3.5L V6 with an automatic transmission making this lightweight cruiser very responsive. Key features such as power steering, air conditioning, power windows, power locks, cruise control, and tilt steering column were added for driver comfort. The sounds are supplied by a Kenwood Stereo AM/FM/CD player. The car is further accented by a chrome treatment kit to the front suspension. The car is designed with an aggressive stance with factory supplied chrome mags carrying Goodyear Eagle GT's in 225/45R 17's front and 295/40ZR 20's on the rear. Don't miss this unique vehicle!
