1963 Pontiac Tempest Le Mans Convertible - 326 V-8 Automatic

Up for your consideration is an original numbers matching 1963 Tempest Le Mans Convertible. The Le Mans is a 326 Cubic Inch V8 with automatic transmission. power steering. and power top. The interior is all original with front seat belts added. The outside seam on the drivers seat is worn. (see photo) All lights (interior and exterior). gauges. and heater work as well. Original radio does not work. Under dash am/fm radio with cassette added. The odometer shows 8. 89 miles but do not know actual mileage. The engine runs extremely well. no smoke or strange noises. and has plenty of power. The automatic powerglide shifts positive and smooth. The entire brake system. power top pump. and exhaust system have been redone. New tires and battery have been installed. This Le Mans goes down the road straight with no wandering at 65 MPH with no issues. Overall body condition is very good with the exception of minor surface bubbles on the rear fender wells. The frame. floor. and trunk pans look original and are undercoated. This Le Mans is Nocturne Blue with light blue top. Original Owners Manual and Protecto Plate are included. This is not a show car. but a solid and reliable driver with 52 years of normal wear.
