Here's a car that is becoming increasingly difficult to find in good. original condition. Not many of these cars made it through the 90's and alot of the ones that did have been cut. stretched and made into kit cars. have a ton of miles on them or are heavily modified. There are also not many in this GT body style as they were only made this way from late 86 to 1988 when the model was ultimately discontinued. This is a real unmolested. unrestored 'survivor' that is in really incredible original condition. This GT is also nicely optioned with a removable glass sunroof. power windows and door locks. A/C. cruise and tilt steering as well as a 'Performance Sound' option that optimizes the audio system. CarFax also shows it as a clean one owner car with no accident history or odometer inconsistencies. The body of the car is all intact and in nice shape. There are a few blemishes in the finish that I did not want to 'touch-up' as this car is original and untouched. There are a few scuffs up front where the front license plate bracket was and a couple of small chips in the paint but absolutely nothing noticeable and I did not want to try to hide anything. Rims are clean showing a bit of age as are the tires which have decent tread depth remaining and are Gooodyear Eagle GT's which are hard to find. Glass is excellent. sides and rear have a light tint on them (which can be removed easily depending on your taste). All lights and lenses are in great shape and are all functional including the 'pop-up' front lights. The interior is extra clean and it was a non-smokers car so it smells nice and fresh. Seats. dash and door panels are all immaculate. this car was definitely garage kept. there is no heat damage to the interior. The headliner is beginning to sag a bit and there is a 1" split in the arm rest on the center console. I will be happy to repair these items for you but again. I wanted to leave the car in it's original state so you can see how nice it really is. the few nit-picky things are easy to remedy but I did not want to try and hide anything for those out there that want a purely original 'survivor'. The car runs and drives great. it has good power and does not appear to have any leaks. Exhaust has a nice stock sound. the A/C is nice and cold and there are no warning lights on in the dash. The car drives smooth and is pretty much rattle-free. it's a pleasure to drive and cool to be seen in an older car in such nice shape. Don't miss an opportunity to add a nice Fiero GT to your collection or have fun with it as a daily driver or weekend toy. I sure hope whoever gets it keeps it in this condition. Hagerty has pegged these as a great investment as a future collectible and they are already on the rise now. the few that have sold at Mecum and RM have sold for very good money. I think that my asking price of $7450 is reasonable for the condition and equipment on this car but I know that when purchasing a car we all want to deal a bit so I am open to offers on it and I will do my best to come together with you on price.
