1965 PONTIAC LEMANS GTO CONVERTIBLE CLONE. FUN CAR TO RESTORE. GOOD BONES FROM SOUTH CAROLINA. CAR STARTED OUT LIFE IN ATLANTA AND STILL HAS THE ORIGINAL SELLING DEALER CHROME EMBLEM ON THE TRUNK. THE PAINT WHICH IS SHOT APPEARS ORIGINAL. OPTIONS AND FEATURES ARE AS FOLLOWS:PHS DOCUMENTATION. FACTORY RED CAR. POWER STEERING. POWER TOP. BUCKET SEATS. CENTER CONSOLE. CLEAR SOUTH CAROLINA TITLE. REBUILT 389 ENGINE WITH TRI POWER 3 DEUCES. TURBO 350 TRANSMISSION. YS ENGINE CODE. ENGINE BUILD DATE K155 (11/15/65) THIS CAR IS NOT RUNNING. THE ENGINE WAS REBUILT AT A MACHINE SHOP IN LARGO FLORIDA AT A COST OF $3500 AND WAS BUILT STOCK. I SET THE ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION IN PLACE AND BOLTED IT IN. THE FLOORS NEED A LITTLE WORK AROUND THE GAS PEDAL AND THE TRUNK PAN IS QUESTIONABLE. FOR A DRIVER I WOULD REPAIR THE TRUNK. FOR A SHOW CAR I WOULD REPLACE THE TRUNK PAN AS WELL AS THE FLOORS. THERE IS TYPICAL SURFACE RUST ON THE FRAME BUT NO HOLES AND IS SOLID. THE WORST RUST ON THE CAR IS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FRONT WINDSHIELD WHERE WATER LAYS WHEN THE CONVERTIBLE TOP LEAKS. THE PANEL THAT RUNS ACROSS THE BOTTOM OF THE WINDSHIELD WILL HAVE TO BE CUT OUT AND A NEW PANEL INSTALLED. THE PICTURES ARE PRETTY CLEAR. THE CAR NEEDS A NEW TOP AND WINDSHIELD. IF ADDITIONAL PICTURES ARE REQUESTED I WILL BE GLAD TO SEND THEM. PLEASE EMAIL. TEXT. OR CALL WITH ANY QUESTIONS. CALL STEVE AT 772-201-1905 TILL 10PM EASTERN TIME. THANKS FOR LOOKING AND GOD BLESS.
