Pontiac Fiero Formula

This is a professionally completed drivetrain conversion. A low mileage (25. 00) '94 Cadillac De Ville "donor" provided the 4. 9L V8 PFI engine. 4T60E OD transmission and ECU (computer). The computer was re-mapped by a technician that does ECU "re-flashing" for this conversion. All the stock Fiero dash gauges. tach and speedometer read correctly. The expert technician that performed the conversion has done several of these conversions. It is a VERY well done conversion. looks and performs like it came off the GM assembly line this way. The car had 63. xx on the odometer when the conversion was competed in the fall of 2011. The conversion included refreshing the low mileage 4T60E OD transmission/transaxle assembly. changing the engine to trans drive chain to a 1 to 1 ratio and changing the ring and pinion to a new set with a 3. 33:1 ratio. Also at the time of the conversion all new urethane suspension bushings were added front and rear as well as new shocks and struts. Car has brand NEW Sumitomo tires on a matched set of reconditioned Fiero GT rims with new center caps. a new Grant steering wheel with a Grant billet adapter. all NEW Alpine speakers and digital head unit. K&N air filter element. L. E. D. interior light bulbs. electronic rear view mirror with a compass. side air scoop. nbsp;lower and rearward Fiero rear spoiler stands. The car cruises and stops straight and is a pleasure to drive with typical Cadillac smooth and steady power. It also handles very well. nbsp;has ample power and gets 22+ mpg combined driving. It breezed thru emissions inspection and has still has all the required emissions equipment including the catalytic converter.
