1971 Pontiac Grandville Base 7.5L

I just purchased this car 8 months ago. I got it from the original owners family. I have all of the original paperwork for the car as pictured. In the time I've owned this car. I had the exhaust system replaced with 2 1/2 pipes from the exhaust manifolds all the way back to a pair of Flowmaster mufflers and nice chrome tips. I had new rear springs installed. along with new rear shocks. new master cylinder. I detailed the engine compartment and in the process I installed a new 4 row radiator. nbsp;water pump. thermostat. heavy duty fan clutch assembly. timing chain. harmonic balancer. belts. hoses. and I topped it off with nice valve covers and a beautiful quadrajet with electric choke that I purchased through Ames ($389). Also I purchased a brand new HEI distributor for it along with a high performance coil. new wires. plugs. I have receipts for everything I did. This car runs beautifully with that powerful 455. I've driven it every day since I got it. and its never failed me. The paint on the car is 98% original with the exception being the lower driver quarter when the original owner backed over a bicycle in the driveway and it scratched the quarter. It was matched perfectly as you cane see. The only flaws this beauty has is a couple of dings here and there and both front fenders have one tiny spot where surface rust is coming through. This car presents itself nicely and would be a great car for any Pontiac fan. Its been loved and cared for all its life. The interior is beautiful with no cracks or split seams anywhere. All of the power windows work. The lights for the dash don't work at night but I was told it might just need a headlight switch to fix that little issue. Everything else works and it has a tow hitch installed and it appears to have been done very well. This is the perfect driver for cruise nights and if you want a beautiful show car all you have to do is have it repainted. and you will have a stunning car. Also. the tires may need replacing soon.
