PAYMENT & TITLE WORK

If you are the winner in this auction please make the deposit promptly as this gets the ball rolling. The remainder of the payment must be made within the allotted time period. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE PAID FOR BEFORE PICK UP as this is an online auction and not a craigslist ad. If you would like to see the vehicle please make arrangements with me before placing a bid and not after winning the car. Once vehicle has been paid for I will process the title work and send it to an address you designate. If you are in Maryland the title will need to be titled (at bare minimum) in your name. I will assist you with this. If you are an out of state buyer I will provide you with a bill of sale and title work.

DELIVERY of VEHICLE

I do not provide tags for transport so it is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange transport or have tags for transport. Most motor vehicle authorities have short term transport tags you can buy. Alternatively you can get temp tags as well.

Condition of Vehicle

I list vehicle conditions to the best of my knowledge and experience. I provide multiple pictures to ensure the customer knows what they are buying. If you want specific pictures or have questions don’t hesitate to ask prior to bidding/buying the vehicle. I suggest/state for legal reasons that you have someone qualified look over the vehicle before making some epic road trip in your new ride. Vehicles are sold as is unless stated within the auction description. Should an issue arise I will do my best to resolve it however this car is sold as is and no warranty is implied or expressed.
