2012 Lincoln MKZ Sedan 4-Door 3.5L

This 2012 Lincoln belonged to my late mother, nd I am selling it for her estate. She bought the car in October, 012. It was previously an executive leased car. The car had 16,524 miles on it when she bought it, o she drove the car only 10,425 miles in the last 3 1/2 years. It sounds like a cliché to say this is a little old lady's back and forth to church car, ut that's exactly whatit is. The car was always garage-kept and well maintained. When I went over the car, he worst thing I found is a scuff on the right front seat about 1 inch long (see my arrow in the seat photo). Buyer gets all the original books, indow sticker, nd two electronic keys. This vehicle has always been smoke-free.
The vehicle color is Crystal Champagne metallic with a Light Camel interior (I would probably call both colors beige). Leather seats are heated and cooled. AM/FM/CD w/MP3 sound system. 10-way power seats, ual zone climate control, nd more (see the original window sticker in the photos). Remote keyless entry with keypad, dvanced airbags with side impact curtain air bags, ack-up sensor system. The vehicle still has the balance of its 6 year/70,000 mile powertrain warranty. This car does not have the optional sunroof. I've had sunroofs before, nd if you have, oo, ou know that sooner or later they tend to leak. Following an auction watcher's request, added a photo of the trunk with spare tire cover removed. The spare & jack has never been used.
This is a beautiful car and frankly, wish I needed a car, would buy this one from my mother's estate. It will certainly serve someone very well. Buyer is expected to complete the purchase by cashier's check payable to the estate, ithin one week of the close of the auction, nd take delivery of the vehicle at that time. If you want to arrange shipping, will coordinate pick-up by your driver or shipper.I will provide the buyer the estate executor's name once the auction ends.
