We searched for quite some time to find this particular car. Depending on which production statistics you encounter, this car is either 1-of-28 built, or 1-of-41. Either way, definitely an extremely rare find. You certainly won't have to worry about seeing another one down at the local Saturday night cruise. Truth is, I've never seen another one out on the road.
Garaged religiously from day-1, and other than normal maintenance items, it is 100% completely stock and original as built by Pontiac at the St. Therese assembly plant. We purchased the car out of Florida in 2006 when it was only a 4-year old vehicle with a mere 8,700 miles. 10+ years later the current odometer reading is 11,725 which works out to an average of about 300 miles per annum during our lengthy ownership. Always adult owned and maturely driven only on perfect weekends.
Our Trans Am has absolutely no paintwork or accident history and I'm a private owner, NOT a dealer. There will be no additional fees in conjunction with the sale. Clear NJ title in my name. Includes the color-matching factory front license plate insert (see photos). On that note, it deserves mention the high-resolution photos you see here were literally just taken locally today, August 17th. The body is free of noteworthy defects even under close scrutiny (see photos). The interior and engine bay show just as nicely, and as you might expect with such limited use, still smells new inside!
Oil changes were done utilizing Mobil-1 synthetic only. Never smoked in and the lighter has never been used. The replacement battery (original failed from old age) has been kept on a trickle tender. For those who are interested, I've also posted a close-up photo of the service parts identification label which shows every option the car was built with on the assembly line.
The car starts instantly and runs 'as-new' with ice cold A/C and a great sounding factory Monsoon stereo system. Not much else to say, other than if you missed your opportunity many years ago to purchase one of these amazing cars brand new... here's your chance to acquire an extraordinary one, and for significantly less than the original sticker price.
Speaking of price, we've placed what we feel is a market correct reserve (to be fair to all bidders, please do not ask - simply bid what you feel the car is worth) and are confident it will make the proud new owner very happy for many years to come. We request the successful winning bidder submit a small 'good-faith' deposit via PayPal upon completion of the auction. As clearly shown by my feedback rating I have been here on Ebay for many, many years with literally hundreds of transactions so please bid with confidence. What you see here in the images is exactly what you should expect when you arrive to pick up your beautiful new Trans Am. Additional terms regarding full payment and pick-up of the car can be discussed and we welcome any questions you may have that are not covered in the listing. Thank you for your interest.
