Description

For Sale - 1972 Pontiac Ventura Video of the car running that I uploaded to YouTube - http://youtu. be/BOfXk4aml1U The only reason I'm selling this car is so that I can build up my new project car. It runs and drives great. perfect car for going to cruise nights! - Stock 350 cui Pontiac V8 with a BOP 350 turbohydramatic automatic transmission. - Replaced the brake lines going from front to rear and on the rear end. All new wheel cylinders. drums and shoes; stops great! - 650CFM Holley double pumper carb with new fuel lines from fuel pump to carb. - Fairly new cap. rotor. plugs and wires. - Optima red top battery. - Triple gauge pod with coolant temp. oil pressure and volt meter; all electric sending units. - Rear end had the stock housing powder coated and then an Auburn limited slip differential with 3. 73:1 gears were added. - Aftermarket AM/FM radio with a headphone jack to hookup an MP3 player. New front speakers are installed and I have new in box rear speakers that still need to be installed. - Installed CPP / Classic Performance Products Pro Touring Kit Stage II. Brand new coilovers in the front. lowering leafs in the rear. tubular control arms. front and rear sway bar! - Polyurethane engine. transmission and body mounts. - Tires have less than 3000 miles on them. Here are the issues that I know of: - Speedometer gear needs to be adjusted for new rear gear (reads higher MPH). For the time being the speedo is disconnected since it was reading almost double. - On a hot day after you shut it off. it can heat soak and spit out a little bit of coolant from the overflow. would recommend catch can or aluminum radiator. - Tear in driver's seat (shown in picture). - Wipers and heater are deleted. This is a GM X-Body. same as a Chevrolet Nova and most parts are interchangeable except for the drivetrain which was made by Pontiac.
