Black 1979 Pontiac Trans Am

1979 Trans AmOriginal 403 engine with automatic transmission. Dual exhaust. Good tires 3/4 tread. New black paint and Gold decals. New black front and rear seat upholstery. New black carpet. New black interior door panels. New headliner and dome light. New console box and lid. New door seals and trunk seal. New T-top seals. I bought this car in January hauled it home repainted it and put new interior in it and now I need to sell it cause I'm moving. Not a professional paint job but it looks very good and the new gold decals look nice. I have not been able to drive this car on the highway before or after doing the work to it because of the bad weather here in Ohio. I did take it down the back road where I live when I first brought it home and it ran good and shifted as it should. Motor sounds good and the previous owner change the oil regularly and it is very clean. Body looks good and straight. Rear sub frame looks good as you can see in the pictures. Welded patch in the passenger side front and rear floor pans. This is not a show car but is very nice inside and out. The previous owner had the car over 20 years and it spent a lot of years in Florida. Title says the mileage is 208. 00 but the car is very tight. The doors do not sag and shut good. Has flowmaster type mufflers that sound good but does have a very small exhaust leak from drivers side exhaust manifold. will need new gasket. Engine compartment will need cleaned and detailed. The weather was finally good today so I took the car for a ride and it ran well and the transmission has a shift kit and chirps the tires when it shifts from first to second gear. Will need valve cover gaskets replaced they leak onto the exhaust manifolds causing smoke. Engine needs detailed so the valve cover gaskets can be changed then. This car sat for a long time before I got it but it ran well and just needs driven. Thanks.
