Description

1984 PORSCHE Flachbau "Slant Nose" Cabriolet (Euro Spec car) 3. 2LThere is still nothing more exhilarating then to drive an air cooled Porsche and especially a convertible like this one. You are bidding on a very well maintained Euro Spec Carrera 3. 2L VIN# WP0ZZZ91ZES150749It has an OEM All Steel Turbo conversion that was done 15 years ago. These parts are not after market or fiberglass. It has never seen snow (there is no rust whatsoever on this car) and it has never been in any accident (CARFAX is available upon request). The car is in excellent mechanical running order and drives strong the way it should. In the past six years the car has been mostly in storage due to me being relocated overseas. Hence. the low original 88. XX K mileage on it. Two items that need attention on the car:1st. New windshield wiper motor. After taking it out of storage I've noticed it is not working. My mechanic has looked at it and confirmed that it will need to be replaced. 2nd. Headlights set up. The car previously had non-OEM headlights & pop up motor which I really disliked and removed with the intention to replace it with the actual OEM single pop up motor setup however I was never able to find a used one. So. all lighting is operational with the exception of the headlights. Whenever I drove it I only required the fog lights! (Typically the usual RX7 pop-up motor kit runs a few hundred dollars installed but as I mentioned I always found it a shame to not have the actual PORSCHE setup in this car). Outside of the above two things. that's all you would need to do on the car. There is standard wear and few chips here and there on the paint that has occurred over the years but overall the car shows quite well and more importantly drives amazingly for a vehicle of this age. You still have over 90% tread in the front and rear tires. All in all. nbsp;this is a great car and I am sad to see it go but I rarely drive it and it should have a new home. A beautiful machine like this should be out on the road. I've tried to best of my ability to provide the best pictures inside and have also posted a YouTube video of the car at: http://youtu. be/5Xqu_oD3JRg for your viewing. Please. serious bidders only. I'm not interested in trades. I simply wish to sell the car to someone who will appreciate it for what it is. Good luck and happy bidding!!
