1987 Porsche 924S unmolested 1 Owner car original condition & service records

1987 Porsche 924S. One owner car since new. This car is in unaltered, riginal condition, nd is in excellent shape. This car is owned by a non-smoker. It has the same 2.5 Liter 4-cylinder engine that was used in the 944 models. It has, n my opinion of course, he best exterior color of Guards Red and the best interior color of black and still looks very nice. There have been no accidents with this car and therefore the paint is all original. The car has been garaged for all these years and the pictures show that with no fading. It runs great and is very quick. The air-conditioner is super cold. It has electric windows and power mirrors. Sony CD player replaced the original Blaupunkt cassette player. The glass is tinted all around. Recent oil and filter change. Also, ore importantly, he timing belt has been changed and the water pump has been replaced.
I have all the service records since new. I have the owners manuals, service manual, he build sheet, he original tool kit, he air-pump, ll the various keys and an official Porsche car cover. The current state inspection is good through October 2015, nd the license sticker has recently been renewed and is good through April 2016. This car currently has about 74,300 miles on it ( I am driving it occassionaly, o mileage will go up some), ut the speedometer was replaced by the Porsche dealer under warranty at about 23,000 miles, o it only shows about 51K miles now. I have the service records of this and the official Porsche door frame sticker explaining this in still in place and legible.
This is a 100% reliable car and can be driven anywhere you want to go to today. You can fly into either Dallas airport and drive the car home and make a vacation of the trip back home. It needs no work or parts to drive it, nly will need a set of tires soon. It currently has Pirelli P6 tires on the Porsche 15 inch "phone dial" wheels. I decided not to install the new set of tires on it and will leave the choice up to the new owner, ince most people are very specific about tire brands they prefer. I have also taken this into account with the pricing of the car for this auction.
The car is close to perfect, ut it has been driven and there are some stone chips on the front and some door dings. The dash cover has some cracks in in the top of it, ut this is very common with these dash covers.
