Hello. Firstly, et me thank you for taking the time to look at my auction. This Cayenne is a two owner vehicle and was purchased new from the dealer. I know there are a fair number of Porsche Cayennes to look at and choose from. Some may actually be nicer than this one, ut the price won’t be as competitive. This vehicle has no excuses as it is a nice used SUV. I purchased last summer with the intent to drive, ut I have just had too much to do. I did the maintenance it needed and just occasionally drove it around the block and started it up to warm it up and keep it operating well. It has several clear title searches including but not limited to CARFAX. It is very nice and can drive home to anywhere. The Good:

For sale is a nice condition 2003 Porsche Cayenne S with 96k miles and ALL service work completed.

Standard Equipment Includes:

Porsche 4.5L 32 Valve all aluminum V8 engine with 340 bhp and 330 lbsft of torque Four Wheel Disc Brakes with Brembo Alloy 4 piston calipers 20" Aluminum Alloy Wheels with 4 new Falken tires mounted on them. They have seen about 4 miles since new two months and run great. I also have WITH FACTORY RIMS with snow tires that can be have cheaply if you but the vehicle. AM/FM CD player stereo with ten speakers and The engine runs strong. The transmission shifts nicely and is a recent replacement with 22k miles. The wheel bearings, xles, nd suspension system look and feel in excellent condition. The driveshaft is quiet. It has a brand new water pump, tarter, luminum upgraded coolant lines. It also has new coolant belts, ransmission fluid and filter change, oth front and rear differentials serviced, ransfer case fluid changed, ew engine air filters installed, ll spark plugs replaced, ew cabin air filter, il and filter change. New spark plugs air filter etc. The tires are new. It has a new battery under warranty. The brakes are all in excellent condition. All the electrical gauges and interior electronics operate without problems. Although the central display can be a little hard to read if it has sat out in the sun and is very warm. The catalytic converters appear to function very well since it had no problems passing emissions or any of the associated check engine lights. I also recently did a compression and leak down test when I changed out he spark plugs of the engine and here is what I found:

Cylinder #4 180psi with 1.5% Leakdown

Aside from the excellent compression and leakdown numbers, hat really sets this 2003 Porsche Cayenne apart from many of the others you see is the low price and solid mechanical condition.

The Bad:

I just don't have the time to drive it like it should be driven. This may be the most capable SUV out of the box ever made and it doesn't deserve to sit in the garage. It needs to be driven by a person that will care for it and take it on vacation and other long drives. If has a few scrapes and dings, ut is really a nice looking verhicle. It is not a concours car, ut it is a solid driver.

Here is the copy of a recent PPI that a customer paid to have done for this car. He later was unable to arrange funding for the vehicle, ut intended to purchase the car.

The entire car appears to be original paint minus the front bumper cover. It is in very good condition with minimal scratching and dings.

Doors: Open and shut nicely. The driver’s door has some slight visible wear on the top edge of the door panel.

Top: Paint looks good and the sunroof appears to fit nicely.

Wheels: The wheels are aftermarket AT Italia 20”. They appear to be in good shape cosmetically, tructurally and are unbent.

Alignment: Decent even tire wear on prior used tires. All current tires are new.

Lights: All running lamps work. The turn signals work. The same is true of the hazard lights. Both stop lamps work. The headlamps low and high beams, riving lamps, nd back-up lamps appear to work nicely. The dash lights are a little dim at times.

Keys: Work well in the ignition and the door locks.

Windshield and washers:

The windscreen is in good order. The wipers work well. Fluid washer works fine. Wiper blades are new front and rear.

Side view mirrors:

Perfectly operational, ome scratches and chip repair on the driver’s side mirror housing.

Interior: Light tan or cashmere.

The front seats are in good condition and all directional controls work fine. In general the interior is in good working order and cosmetically average for this year of car. The rear deck lid lifts nicely and stays up for both the hatch and glass as the struts are all new... Some wear on the vent controls. Wear near the rear seat belt buckles where the broken buckle rose is. The interior is what you would expect from a driven car with this mileage. It is not going to win a concour event, ut is functional and very clean.

Stereo: It sounds, ooks and works fine.

Hood and Deck lid shocks:The shocks are new and work perfectly.

Windows/sunroof: Works fine

Windows: Both sides work fine.

Interior lights: All cabin lights work well.

Dash: Good condition

Wiring: Seems to be original with no modifications.

Wiper blades: All three are new.

Undercar: In very nice shape with no sign of bottoming out.

Air bags: No error codes.

Engine: It runs well and doesn’t appear to have any significant problems. No leaks and appears to operate in good working order. No visible or audible sign and problems. Timing belt appears recent and has not wear. Has new plugs, oil packs, tarter, oolant lines, ater pump oil, ilter etc.

Exhaust: The exhaust is in nice working order, tock.

Suspension and Drive Train:

The c.v. axles appeared to be in good shape with one torn boots, o excessive noise or excessive movement. There is no vibration while running. It feels tight.

Steering: All the front suspension components are in good condition.

Brakes: The rotors were in good shape, he pads are in good condition with approximately 60% life left on the front. The rear pads are at approx.60%.

Wheel bearings: Front wheel bearings feel good.

Transmission: Shifts nicely.

Air Conditioning: Everything associated with the A/C system appears to be fully functional.

Modifications: Only the aftermarket wheels.

The car is a good example of nice driving 2003 Cayenne S with its respected mileage. I would place the condition of this Cayenne in the top 25% mechanically of the available Cayennes from the vintage with the interior being clean, ut worn in some spots in about the top 35%.

As with any inspection, e are not able to peer through metal or innately know about a problem that we cannot see. We do not make predictions or promises.
