Description

I have purchased this car back in March of 2014 with a New Jersey salvage title, his car was involved in a Fresh Water flood, t had only 34,746 Miles and currently has only 36,700 Miles we only clocked 2K Miles on this bab, e at Maxspeed-Motorsports own several cars and we can only drive one at a time that explains such low mileage.

When we spotted this car we had lots of interest due to its low mileage and equipment, went down to New Jersey to check it out prior to purchasing, o my surprise it was running perfectly and was running super strong, t had no sign of flooding I could not see any water lines on the door panels, r on the interior carpet, ll it had was an AIRBAG LIGHT that was triggered, had brought my Porsche Piwis Scanner to find out that the AirBag module needed replacement and thats it, his car did not need anything else.

When we brought this baby back in Miami we had a chance to inspect it 100% and see what was needed, did not have maintenace history however there was no signs that this car wasn't maintained properly however the paint was not the best, t had some normal chips on the hood some scrapes on the front bumper a couple scratches on the driver's door and couple scuffings here and there, would assume the owner wasnt careful with the paint work. Other than that the car was jsut like any other used car on the market.

What did we do to this car to bring it to Maxspeed-Motorsports Standards?

First we purchased an AirBag control module and we replaced it and that solved our AirBag warning light.

Because we had no maintenance history we went all the way.

First we dropped the engine oil and filter, ransmission oil and filter, rake fluid and antifreeze, n other words fresh fluids all over. Then came the tune-up, ir filter, abin filter, lugs and belts.

We replaced all 4 rotors and pads as well. Repaced both stabilizer links in the rear suspension that appeared to have a bit of play.

We stripped the interior carpet (the main floor carperting) to look for any signs of humidity and no issues, e simply washed the carpet since that we had it out.

In other words we wanted this car to be in the best shape possible and we didn't spare anything.

This engine had and has no oil leaks, e verified the IMS bearing for signs of wear we cut up the oil filter to make sure that the IMS was 100%.

We sent it out for a paint refresh on the hood and other areas that needed attention and the body shop suggested a total paint jobto match all panels and it came out nicely, eedless to say paint is close to perfect now.

We then had it inspected by DMV in Miami and it passed inspection with flying colors even the inspector could not believe that the insurance company had paid off this car to the previous owner.

What upgrades were performed to this car?

We have 11K's (Eleven thousand Dollars of tasteful upgrades to this baby) These upgrades are the most desirable upgrades a Boxster Owner can wish for.

-Just put Brand New 19" Porsche 981 Replica Wheels with Brand new Hankook Rubber. With front and rear wheel spacers for a flush look.

OVERALL CONDITION

PAINT: with the exception a scuffs on the front bumper lip which is completely normal the rest of the paint is 100%

INTERIOR: As with any other 987 or 997 which have the same interior normal wear below door cover compartiment, nd a few little things that are not worth mentioning just like any used Porsche.

MECHANICAL: 100% Straight and True

We do understand that this car has a "rebuilt" title and it does affect the value of a car we know tha, owever a 2005 Boxster S in this condition without these fantastic upgrades will run you in the Mid-20's easily, gain I am talking about an excellent condition 2005 Boxster S, n this particular case you are getting tons of desirable upgrades for a little less than a normal 2005 Boxster S. This car is super fun to drive, ts a head turne, eople don't believe it when I say its a 2005, t is 100% turn key ready however it remains a used car you are not purchasing a brand new car, lease revise all pictures ask questions, have title on hand and I will and have no problem to cooperate with the shipping company of your choice, t is your responsability to arrange shipping or to come down and drive it home.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

There are no additional parts included the car comes equipped just like the photos, e no longer have the old wheels, ld lights, xhaust etc...

I NEED TO EMPHASIZE ON THIS POINT, he exhaust is really a sport exhaust thatdevelops the extra HP to use it is just the way any Porsche should sound however for some with the sound valves open it may be too loud, e don't fit ricey exhaust systems that make it sound like a Honda but it maybe loud with valves open. This car is fitted with a performance exhaust an entire exhaust which means we have Race headers and valved exhaus, s an option if you take delivery of this car and you prefer to have 200 Cells Exhaust Headers with Catalytic Converters we will exchange them at no charge or if you prefer we make the swap prior ro delivery I have no problem with that . There is no check engine light that appears for this exhaust.
