Description

I bought this car new in 2008 and still love driving it. I upgraded to exhaust to a Borla (BOR12653). Though you will find that it has been hit. I had it professionally repaired with OEM parts. I have known the gentlemen that repaired it for over 20 years and he is an artist. He has third generation employees. If not for a Carfax and disclosing it had been hit. you would never know nor be able to find a seam or wave anywhere in the repairs. The car still drives like a dream. I took it back to Porsche after it was repaired and compared it to 2 new cars. The lines on mine exceeded the factory cars. The warranty for the car ends on February 28. 2015. The Borla XR1 exhaust puts out a lot of power 25HP along with the factory SPORT program which is a tuner program in itself and gives another 200 rpm to redline Porsche made no claims of additional power but it does but to sweeten it up just a bit more I added a sprint throttle booster which gives better throttle response less lag along with a throttle venturi. The car has an IPD Intake Plenum for better power ant torque range so overall bolted on no less than 40HP these are expensive and top of the line mods. I went through 3 other exhaust before I was satisfied but the Borla did the trick. ALL MODS DONE WITH PORSCHE APPROVAL. I had the body shop do the GT3 paint scheme a 10k option. Mirrors and intakes are done in Porsche GT orange not generic. Paint was from Porsche. Also had the optional the 19" Carrera wheels powder coated using the Porsche GT3 pigment again no generic crap on car anywhere. Tires are 90% front and rear Pirrelli's up front went with Faulken on rear matched tread pattern. Car has never been tracked or dogged. I've been driving exotics over 30 years and take great pride in care and maintenance of my stuff. I have all factory parts even exhaust. The extra Borla tips still in original packaging. No surprises. Except for my wiener dog scuffing center console taking her to vet. the inside is like new. the outside is 9. 8 out of a 10 all day long. Mileage is actually 16533. Car is making around 300hp at wheels. I priced it using the appraisal for diminished value report I payed $300 for after it was hit. It got rapped in rear but no frame damage even the exhaust was left untouched (truck height) under bumper cover afterwards. First thing after Raymond completed the repairs. he and I took her out to see if I could feel anything (HIM WITH ME). WE TOOK HER UP TO 170 AND BACK DOWN (CORRECTLY TOO. NOT STUPIDLY) . Took her out on a winding road to go through the gears and some corners and I could tell nothing. If I had. at anytime. I along with my insurance adjuster would have had the car totaled that day. Face it. I'm old hand have the best insurance! I will try and upload more pictures also. My wife and I just spent an hour on the phone with eBay motors correcting the problems we were having revising the details. I broke my back and my wife did the listing and my back is the only reason I am selling and whoever gets it is one lucky person. All maintenance records are on file with (Porsche service and can be obtained for the asking using VIN#. I also have the original window sticker (photo below). Will accept wire transfer or bank certified cashier's check. Bank to Bank Transfer which Bank will provide title. (AGAIN I HAVE ALL FACTORY PARTS AND A NEW IN BOX SET OF 3. 5" PIPES AND TIPS FOR THE BORLA IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE 4'S) GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS
