1997 Porsche 911 Targa 993 6 speed manual

History
This 1997 Porsche 911 Targa was leased new by from Champion Porsche in Florida by Dr. Aaron S. in Florida towards the end of 1996. He moved a long with this car to Southern California two years later where the cars has resided ever since.

Condition
The car is in excellent condition. The body is straight with no rust, ents, r dings. The paint is very shiny and glossy but does have some small scratches and rock chips in the front hood and front fender area. Front bumper looks to have been resprayed (color match is perfect but doesn't have as many rock chips so I assume it was done).
On the driver's side rear hatch near the bottom left corner is a small scratch a little less than an inch long that could be touched up, ut I personally don't like the look of touch up paint so left it as is. Detailed photo:https://flic.kr/p/Ced1qL
Seat bolster's look very good, ith driver's having slightly more wear than passengers but commensuratewith the miles.Absolutelyno tears or rips or anyredyeingof the leather.I've included pics of the interior with both flash on and off to get a better idea of the interior.No cracks at all on the dash, ll buttons work.

AC blows ice cold -Heater blows hot, oth work excellent.Rear spoiler works perfectly. Button under e-brake to control it manually works perfectly and spoiler also deploys/retracts automatically at proper speed.Targa sunshade is flawless with no marks, ips or tears.Glass top has no cracks, cratches or leaks. Motor and sunshade work perfectly, pening and closing smoothly.Windows go up and down smoothly, replaced all window switches with new OEM one's and replaced window regulators.
Wheels are perfect, o curb rash with OEM wheel locks and key.Tires are brand new Yokohama S-Drive in stock size installed less than 300 miles ago and full four wheel alignment done then as well.
All books and folders, ack, ir compressor, ull toolkit, nd original spare tire all included.
2 keys with immobilizer/fobs.
Brand new unused Porsche OEM floor-mats included.
Car is completely stock other than previous owner installed an arm rest. I'm not a fan of aftermarket/non-original parts however if fits SO well and looks SO OEM that I never unbolted it and removed it. It can be removed leaving no trace of it ever being there in less than a couple minutes with a screwdriver if you would like (I can promise you you will not remove it if you buy the car, t matches that well and is quite comfortable and great for extra storage).
This is a great driver's car and not a show queen. Mileage right now is approximately 69,120 but may increase very slightly as I drive it about once a week or if I get time.
