Porsche Cayenne S 2004 Tiptronic 4WD -Only 75K miles! LOS ANGELES

This car is a gem, ou can see by the pictures. Looks much newer than 2004. It was serviced at "Beverly Hills Porsche" till28,000 miles where they have done a 40K completemaintenance serviceand than at "Euro SpecMotoring" it's up to date with all the service &maintenance and you wont have to spend a dime.
The carpet at the trunk has a stain (see pictures), ut can probably be cleaned or just pull it a bit back so it wont show, nd the driver's seat show some wear (see pictures), ther than that the car is in perfect condition, ou will be happy.
Previous owner only put about few thousand miles in the past 5 years. Currently, drive the car 1-2 a week for 45 mins without any issues. Car is parked in closed garage for the past few years. You are getting a car that was originally retailed $70,000 for $12,500.

The car just finished a maintenance service in "Euro Spec Motoring" here in California and the following was done:

Perform service. @ 72750 miles

Change engine oil and filter.

Replace spark plugs (all coils are part number ending in 05).

Replace engine air filter set.

Replace worn out engine mounts and torque mount.

Replace front suspension lower control arm bushings (big ones). Perform 4 wheel alignment @ Globe Tire

Clean throttle housing (dirty).

Replace cabin air filter.

Replace both low dipped beams (xenon).

Replace headlight seals.

Check belt (OK).

Top steering fluid and washer fluid. Set tire pressure.

Reset service reminder display.

Replace hatch and glass lift supports

Replace floormat set.
