700 HP EVO 911 Turbo Cab. - OVER $225,000 INVESTED

This car is 100%, nd that's because I never wait for things to break; all work is preventative. I am the second owner, aving purchased the car in December 2010 from the first owner, surgeon from Fort Myers who bought the car new from Naples Porschein 2004 and had $62,000 + of modifications completed at 40,000 miles (that was the bill, saw it when I had Naples Porsche do the Pre-Purchase Inspection). Since then I havecompleted at least $20,000 of additional modifications and preventative maintenance. It is one of the fastest Porsches I've driven, nd I have a 1996 993 Air-Cooled Turbo with 650 HP built by Prototech in Fort Lauderdale.

FYI - Today I am receiving theonly two items that need replacing: the cup holder and the windscreen.

8.Brake calipers painted red w/Porsche emblems completed and installed by Foreign Affairs Motorsports;
9. 18” R85 Champion Racing wheels painted Anthracite;
10. new Michelins;
11. new brakes (Foreign Affairs Motorsports);
12. new battery( Foreign Affairs Motorsports);
