At that time it was the most heavily optioned Boxster S this Dealer had ever special ordered from Porsche for a customer. The first owner had special ordered this car with its unique options. Car starts as the upgraded S model, ith lots of standard options at $51,600 and then adds; Full Leather black interior $1,990, eated seats $415, esign Package $1,660 adds roll bar same color as car...aluminum/leather gear shift & handbrake lever...stainless door sills. Sport Touring Package, hich includes Porsche’s Top of the line Bose 10 speaker/rear sub-woofer Sound System...remote 6 disc CD Changer... on-board computer...cruise control, ustom wind stop totals $3,135, enon High Intensity Headlights with washers $1,080, heel Caps with colored Porsche Crests $175, orsche Stability Management $1,230, orsche lettered black mats $95, 8” Sport Design two piece titanium bolted alloy Wheels $2,690, Electronic/Vacuum Two stage High Polished Aluminum Sport Exhaust System $1,695.00, lared lower body Rocker Panels $1,590. Total $68,990. The combination of these rare exterior options, long with the wheels and color of the car/top gives it a unique look/stance that draws raves even from so called car guys. The Sport Exhaust thickens the look from behind. The exotic car sound this system creates is a game changer in the driving experience and an addictive feature. The Flared Rockers give it a lowered look without actually lowering it and ruining the ride. The car is as perfect as any used car could be. It runs, rives & looks like a new Porsche. No accidents, ents or scratches....(couple real small stone marks...pencil tip size on front lower fascia.... 1/8 " mark in rear rubber bumperette was on car when bought in 03 so I ignored it cause I didn't do it!...1/8 " super tiny mark on rear window). Original unmolested paint. It has always been garaged and has seen rain once....never left to sit in the sun when not driven... never parked anywhere near another vehicle. It gets detailed a lot…driven little… as you can see by viewing the entire mileage progression in the free attached "Auto Check Report".Never tracked or abused. Car has the original Porsche (Brembo) brakes, ith the original pads that still look almost new, o give you an idea of how I have babied this car. Generous brother is Porsche specialist who owns an Automotive Service Center and is the only one I have trusted to rack this car and do normal maintenance since 2003…lucky him…not! (Rocker flares could be easily damaged by an unconcerned car racker... like at most dealers). Oil filters have been cut open…inspected…and all oil from filter and crankcase drained into magnets, hich shows no metal in oil. Performing this inspection indicates that the IMS (intermediate shaft bearing) is functioning properly. Porsche, s you may know, s one of few brands where options separate one car from being just another Porsche…this is due to the crazy prices Porsche charges for options on top of steep base prices. If this means little or nothing to you and a nice Boxster at the lowest price will do, hen this would not be the right car for you.
