This 997 Carrera 4S looks incredible, has been well maintained, and is nicely optioned with an original MSRP of $103,070. The car includes a 2” thick binder full of background and service history as well.

The C4S has always been one of our favorites. With the upgraded brakes and suspension of the “S” model, and the all-wheel-drive and wide-body features from the top-of-range 911 Turbo, the C4S is a great naturally aspirated driver’s car. Adding to the drivability of this particular 997 is an Evolution Motorsports V-flow intake system and Stage 1 tune. Adding roughly 10-15 hp, this tune isn't meant to coax obscene levels of power from the 3.8L flat-six, which could impact reliability in the long term, but rather to appropriate the power in the most effective range, greatly increasing throttle response in the process. Once your car has an EVOMS tune, you'll likely not own another Porsche without one.

In terms of care, this C4S has been very well looked after by its 72-year-old retired owner, whom has given us the vehicle on consignment. A good friend and repeat client, he has a long history of some incredible cars, and is only selling this one to purchase a newer Porsche. The Bridgestone tires have only 3K miles since new. A recent full auto detail and front-end clear-bra material applied to the hood, fenders, and side mirrors protect the Meteor Grey finish. A recent oil/filter service has been performed, as well as a new battery installed, both within the past 500 miles. The water pump and starter have both been replaced within the past 15K miles. At 44K miles, the 40K service was completed, in addition to the replacement of the rear main seal and intermediate shaft seal; not because there was a problem, just as a matter of preventative maintenance. The list goes on and on, with regular service visits for an oil change occurring at greater intervals that what Porsche even recommends.

The sale of this 911 will include the binder of service records, original books and manuals, an official Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, and both master keys as well. The car is owned free and clear with no liens for an easy title transfer. In short, if you are in the market for a 997 C4S, offered at a great value, this car must make the top of your list.
