Excellent conditionMaintained by Porsche dealerService completed 500 miles ago (picture of Porsche Multi-Point Inspection Report included)New Michelin Pilot Super Sport XL tires with new TPMS sensors (less than 500 miles)Meteor Grey with Natural Brown Leather interiorBrand new factory floor mats included (still in plastic wrap).
This Meteor Grey with Natural Brown Leather Carrera 4S is a beautiful (and unusual) color combination. If you are not familiar with Natural Brown Leather, it is a rare option, and is not the typical Sand Beige interior. This option comes at a significant cost, and includes a full leather interior (leather covered dash and door panels) and is accompanied by the charcoal grey alcantara headliner. From the minute I set my eyes on this color combination, I knew I had to have it. I first came across this car while doing an internet search for a 997 with a NBL interior. It was listed for sale by Livermore Porsche. Unfortunately, I was too late to respond to the ad, as the car had been sold. Because I had the VIN number saved in a Google search, I received an alert a couple of years later that the car was again listed for sale. The car was now for sale by a private party. I contacted the owner, arranged for a Pre-Purchase Inspection, purchased the car and had it shipped. I have thoroughly enjoyed the car, but I just don't drive it enough and it's time to free up some garage space. I have put approximately 5K miles on it since buying it in 2013. It is always garaged in a heated garage, and has never seen snow. The car is in excellent condition, but has some of the typical small Porsche chips on the hood and front bumper, and couple of small blemishes/scratches consistent with its age and use. They are difficult to capture in pictures. I tried to capture the most significant one shown in the listing pictures. It is approximately 1" long, and is located between the gas filler cap and the headlight. In any case, you would have to be looking for any of them to see them. The car was fully serviced by the Porsche dealer approximately 500 miles ago. I have attached a photo of the Porsche Multi-Point Inspection Report from that visit. The only thing that I did not have the dealer do was install new tires. I opted to buy the tires from Tire Rack instead. I also installed new TPMS sensors at the same time. I am not aware of anything that this car needs...it is good to go!
I am located Glenview, IL (a north shore suburb of Chicago). Please email with any questions: Larry@ChaletNursery.com
