2007 Porsche Cayman Manual - Well Maintained, Clean

Well maintained and unmodified California car was sold and serviced its entire life by Circle Porsche of Long Beach. As an employee at the dealership, I quickly decided to purchase it about a year ago when the original owner, a local woman who had it for 8 years, traded back to the same dealer for a new car.
The car is in excellent mechanical condition, with all maintenance performed by the dealership. The tires have been replaced by the current-spec Michelin Pilot Super Sport with new TPMS sensors, and have well over 50% of their life left. I have replaced all brakes (front and rear pads, front rotors all new) in the past year, and have less than 5000 miles on them. Next service will be an oil change in approximately 2000-3000 miles.
The paint is in good condition, with only small defects and rock chips that are only visible on a very, very close inspection. The paint is typical of a well-maintained vehicle of this age. Wheels have NO curb rash.
Interior is in good condition, with the usual signs of wear on a 2007 Cayman: The climate control buttons and radio dials show wear, which is common on every Porsche sports car from this era. No rips or tears in leather seats.
