2012 Porsche 911 GTS Cabriolet Sport Chrono PDK Certified LOADED

I am selling my Porsche 911 GTS Cabriolet Sport Chrono PDK, White Exterior/Black Interior that is certified until the end of Oct 2017. The tires have approximately 2500 miles on them so basically new. The car is in excellent condition so I would rate a 9/10. The GTS is the best 911 for the price and the best handling (ride/performance) 997.2, period. The GTS is the most unique looking and is a head turner. The only reason I am selling is due to a 3rd child on the way. The first 2 fit in the rear seats snuggly! This was purely a weekend car and not a daily driver, garage kept. I posted a few pictures but they don't represent the beauty of this car. Most dealers are selling similar ones for $72,000 - $78,000 depending upon mileage and condition so this is a great deal. I don't have time to haggle so I figured I would post a fair price upfront! The spoiler is aftermarket and I added K&N Filters as well as great looking all weather mats. The car has always been serviced at a Porsche dealer including the last oil change several weeks ago. There are no issues with this car that I am aware of and it drives like new! Additional notes:

There area few key indicators to judge a Porsche. One is the plastic door sills, these have no scratches or scuffs. Two, is the seat wear, the seats are in excellent condition with only one visible scratch on the driver side; none on the passenger or rear seats. Three, carpet in excellent shape. Fou, convertible top is in excellent shape and front header seal was changed by dealer recently under warranty. Five, trunk is in excellent shape with no visible wear. Six, body has no dings or dents; only minor scratches that are hard to see. Seven, engine compartment is clean. Eight, all areas around trunk, engine, and doors are clean and in good shape. Nine, rims and tires are normal wear; rims are shiny black so very hard to maintain in perfect condition but these are in good shape, tires are like new, brake calipers are in excellent shape. Ten, rubber seals and trim in great shape. Other than that, battery was replaced approximately six months ago along with upgrade to K&N Filters.
